How to sign up

You can sign up in either one of two ways.

1) Click the Sign in button in the top right corner and follow the Sign up link. By doing so you will have to fill in your name and email address. You will then receive a verification email telling you what to do next.

2) If you have already sent an email to encodesupport@zendesk.com, you are already signed up. In that case, click the Sign in button in the top right corner and follow the Get a password link.
